What to Expect

On your first visit to our office, you will be welcomed as a member of our family and greeted with a warm smile. 

Examination & Testing

The doctor will ask you pointed questions to assess your condition and its effects. We will then proceed with an examination. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent or a satisfactory level of comfort. A spouse or family member is always welcome to attend.

You will receive a thorough physical exam, including standard orthopedic, neurological, and other examinations, as required. After the initial examination, the doctor may order additional testing to be performed to diagnose your condition firmly. No further testing will be performed in our office without fully explaining the procedure, your options, and your consent. Additional testing may include x-ray, CT, MRI, EKGs, or laboratory testing. If you have recently had testing done, please bring copies of the films/imaging, reports, and laboratory results to your first appointment.

Once all information is gathered and examinations are performed, the doctor will give you a report of findings and tell you their treatment recommendations. New treatment may include chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, rehabilitative exercises, nutritional advice, or any combination.

If you have any questions at any point, please feel free to speak with any staff members or your doctor. We want you to feel comfortable and confident with your treatment here, along with knowing that your health care is our priority.

• We require you to fill out the new patient forms, which will help us gain some information about yourself and your condition.

• Please take your time to fill them out completely; the more information you can provide, the better and more efficiently we can help you.

Insurance & Payment

Our office is out of network with all insurance plans; however, we may verify your out-of-network insurance plan benefits at your request. We also accept auto accident and workers' compensation cases. To find out if your insurance covers chiropractic care, you can call us directly. We offer a complimentary chiropractic consultation. We can arrange flexible payment plans for patients with little or no chiropractic insurance coverage.
